Introduction
In 1993, MaxCorp started the Guardianship of the Property project to service children and adults with disabilities by providing supervision over assets and property in cases considered too small for supervision by trust companies but too large for court supervision.
The project continues to serve as conservator, trustee, and/or personal representative for people not able to utilize other financial companies. From its inception, MaxCorp has had a Managing Attorney on staff.
